In the north we are heading into shorter and shorter days, the time of stillness. Take time each day to be
in stillness, free of all distractions...simply allow and be. As we allow this stillness to enter our lives we are
given the gift of true being. The more you allow true being into your life, the more potential you have to
create change simply through your presence. There are things that we must do in this life and there is more
that we must be, that is where our presence really has its role IN BEING.
As we allow our presence to express without limitation we get to experience our truths and what it means
to be in form without definition. To move beyond definition and allow form to be requires deep love of
yourself. Love is my religion, my way, my path...what is yours? Are you happy with your current beliefs, ways
of being? Now is the perfect time to drop all the things about yourself that obstruct and impede you from
being you, the key is to do it from a place of love and compassion for it all as you let go. Everything has a time and a place, when the sequencing is right, it all clicks...none of this can be forced, the key is to allow.
The path of life is moment after moment of the unknown, each step leads to new discoveries, walk with an open heart in childlike wonder & awe of it all and remember to be present in that step, in that moment as it occurs.
Now is the time to learn to see with the eyes of our hearts, the eyes of the heart can see so much more than our physical eyes can. When seeing with the eyes of our heart we can experience reality in its truths. When looking at a crystal with your physical eyes you may only see a crystal, when slowing down and seeing with the eyes of your heart you can see what is truly there...all the gifts that the crystal holds, the totem that the crystal carries, its truths. Each 
and every crystal is an authentic being with specific gifts and talents just like each of us, to fully access all of this all we need to do is slow down and experience with our whole being, leading from our heart.
An exercise to work with...ground into the core of Gaia(Mother Earth), let your thoughts come and go, hold the crystal that wish to connect with, send a golden beam from your heart to the crystal, open the eyes of your heart and breathe, let the messages come through. When you feel complete, send gratitude to the crystal to Gaia, to all that is. The more you play with this, the easier it will become. You will find that a crystal that you thought you knew so well has so much more depth and potential than your mind could ever realize.
