> Awareness
As Spring is reaching its fullness and starting to move into Summer the days are getting longer and longer, the light is shining and all that is being denied, unacknowledged is coming up. For me in the last while so much has been coming up...it is an intense process to sit with, so many unexpressed emotions, unhealthy and out of balance thought patterns, ways of being are being slammed in my face so that I have to sit with it all and work through each as I am able. This all feels like the perfect space to be in as we go about sowing fields and planting our gardens both internally and externally. There is always weeding that needs to be done and pests to keep an eye out for so that everything grows to its fullness.
As we move deeper into this time our yang energy is getting expressed more and more with the yang, masculine energy of Summer, it is very important to balance this with our yin, feminine and receptive side. It is very important to give yourself the space and permission to have downtime even if you schedule doesn't feel like it permits it. We have a great teacher in nature, nature lives from a place of 90% yin and 10% yang, our society is the exact opposite of that...no wonder we are having problems working with and being connected to a healthy planet.
As you wander through your days from home to work and back again with whatever else in between, take time to smell the flowers and take in the beauty that is all around us...this is such a phenomenal time of year.

This month the two beings that have messages are an amazing Golden Calcite and an Amethyst Geode. The message from Golden Calcite is that now is the time to be in total clarity and transparency, there is nothing we need to hide from ourselves or others. If you know you are not being transparent, take a look at all of those things that are keeping you from that and let them go, ask for help and assistance if you need it...with that you will be in your full integrity and find that the world around you responds totally differently to you and your presence. Now is the time to let ourselves shine, dare to be as bright as the sun.
The message from the Amethyst is about integrating all of our being, too often we focus on one area and forget the rest...we are pulled outside of ourselves and distracted by the world around us. Take time to pull everything in and hold your center, integrate all that you are into this moment so that you can be of greatest service to yourself, your community, the planet and beyond. Remember how layered and multidimensional you really are, with that you will be able to hold this way of being as you walk through the world.
