Now as we move from the deepness of winter into the birthing forth, the emergence of spring it the time to birth all that we are into this reality, into this moment. The time of being in the stillness and gestation of winter is over, now unfurl yourself and let the world see your beauty...experience all that you are. This is such an exciting time to be alive, there is so much shifting, so much transformation. All we need to do is be able to flow with it, not hold onto the parts of ourselves that limit, the parts of our story that pull us from the moment.
With my latest trip to Peru going ever deeper into the land and people of my heart, I am guided to talk about the Andean Ways of Being. There are the three tennants of life Munay, love...love of yourself, of others, of all that we see and don't see in each and every moment. Love is our highest gift of being. Llancay, service...service starts with yourself and your own work, by starting with being of service to ourselves and doing our work first we can be of ultimate service to others. Being of service is an essential element of our existence, if you feel that you are not living this expression, move into a place of service. Yachay, wisdom...wisdom is so much more than knowledge. Wisdom is about personal experience, it cannot be read or taught, it must be encountered and integrated as we make our way through life...wisdom is also about knowing where we are in the moment: physically, emotionally, spiritually and honoring all of that as we experience it. When we are living these ways of being we naturally live from the place of Anyi, reciprocity...having reciprocity for all that we take and/or are given is how we show those around us both seen and unseen that we understand the flow of life. Part of anyi is asking for permission before we do things, before you pick a flower, take a walk, offer a ceremony...one of the biggest imbalances that we humans are living is our perceived idea of superiority, bring your full consciousness to every moment and every action knowing that everything is about reciprocity. If and when we live and integrate all of these ways into our being we fully begin to honor and embrace Kawsay, life. We begin to see each moment as the gift that it truly is, no more burdens, no more resistance, just an embrace of it all.
Take a breath, activate your heart center and exhale that love to the world.

With the birthing that we are in, it is time to take flight...to risk it all and jump off the cliff, knowing with all of our being that we can fly. This month our message comes from the Quartz Condor. Condor is the ruler of Hanaq Pacha(the Upper World), can fly higher and best of all has the ability to take death and transmute it into life. Condor's message is all about allowing ourselves to soar, to play on the thermals, to fly constantly higher and higher not being worried about what is being left behind...being wholly present in the moment, focused on how we can manifest our highest expression now. The Condor as the Eagle in North America is our bridge between spirit and matter...they are here to remind us about all of this, for we too are bridges between spirit and matter, we are the connection point.
