Does this path have heart?, is the question to ask yourself as you move through your day, your life...is your life bringing joy to yourself? To others? Do you feel like you are fulfilling your potential? Right now we are in the time to push off the shore and be taking by the current of life, letting it carry us on...embrace the unknown with all of your being, release your doubts and fears. If you get knocked down, you get up...wipe yourself off and keep on keeping on.
I am taking a huge leap myself in many ways. From the 28th of January to the 16th of February I am leading my first spiritual tour to Peru, the land of my heart...there is going to be challenges, adaptations to the moment and lots of fun. I feel that with this first step there will be many more trips to Peru and other places, taking people to deepen into themselves out of the realms of their day to day comforts. When I return from Peru I am going to birth a vision that I have been forming for years, Path of Heart Foundation, a nonprofit that is all about empowering the people, it will mainly focus on bringing a bright light to inner city areas around the country offering them alternative holistic health options as well as educating them to reach a sustainable self-reliant place of being with such things as growing their own foods, basic nutrition, etc.
Now is the time to birth our wildest dreams and to let our fullest potentials take flight, can you get out of your own way and let it happen?

This month the two beings with messages for us are very different and very special. The first one is Opalized Ammonite, known to many as Ammolite, as you can see in the picture their are two of them and they hold the inward and the Fibonacci Spiral in its natural geometry. This ancient sea creature has seen more earth changes and growth than we can fathom. It's message is that now is the time to let go of all of our external distractions that pull us this way and that, now is the time to go inward...find your center and move from this place of being. When we are in our center it is almost impossible to be thrown off by anything. Take a breath and let go, go in and be.
The other being is a Tourmalated Aquamarine Beryl, this being holds the truth of being in the flow and allowing forth without any attachment. Its message is to get out of our own way, to let the flow of life rush around and through us clearing away all that does not belong. No one is ever in your way except yourselves, in knowing this...can you step out of your own way and be with the flow. The only thing that happens when you fight the flow of life is that you get destroyed, embrace the flow...go with the current.
Right now I am finding that crystals are going through their own birthing process, many are just now letting their full potential out in a reflection that it is now time for us to do the same and meet them as equals. Take the time to heart connect with the crystals and other minerals in your life whether they are old friends or new acquaintances, feel the difference in their being and allow them to guide you deeper and deeper into your highest potentials and expressions.

Robin van Loon, conservationist and sustainability educator
Robin has spent the last many years in Peru in apprenticeship with plants and the land. His love for the Upper Amazon Jungle has prompted him to create Camino Verde, a nonprofit that is about introducing sustainable agroforestry to the people of the Rio Tambopata, as well as conservation of the primary forests, landscape reclamation and creating a living seed bank.
